The software, design, and Yin Sequencing Studio name and branding belong to Larochelle Software.

Pose photography

All pose photographs are original work belonging to Juliana Larochelle. They may not be downloaded, redistributed or reused outside the platform.

Curated content

Juliana's templates, dharma talks and monthly class plans remain her work. They are provided for subscribers to use in their own teaching, not to republish.

Your content

Class plans, notes, playlists and annotations you write remain yours. Publishing an item grants other subscribers permission to view and adapt it within the platform; it does not transfer ownership.

If you believe material on this platform infringes a copyright you own or represent, contact our designated agent at legal@yogasequencingstudio.com. We take these reports seriously and act on them promptly.

So that we can act without going back and forth, please include:

• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
• The location of the material on this platform — a link is best.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review the report, and where it is substantiated we remove or disable access to the material. We notify the subscriber who published it, telling them what was removed and why.

Repeated infringement leads to an account being terminated.

If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake — because the work is yours, or its use is permitted — write to legal@yogasequencingstudio.com explaining why, identifying the material and where it was, and confirming you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

We will pass your response to whoever made the report and may restore the material, unless they pursue the matter in court.

Only publish work that is yours or that you have permission to share. Sequences learned in a training are usually fine to adapt and teach — reproducing a training manual's text, a book's instructions or another platform's material is not.
