Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Yin Sequencing Studio, operated by Larochelle Software in the United States. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the platform.

These terms are governed by the law of the United States and the state in which we operate.

• You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
• One account per person. Do not share your login.
• Keep your password secure, and tell us if you believe someone else has access to your account.
• The information you give us at signup should be accurate.

The platform is a paid subscription with a free trial. The full commercial terms — price, billing interval, when the first charge falls, and how to cancel — are set out in the Subscription & Refund Terms, which form part of this agreement.

You own what you write. Class plans, dharma talks, playlists, templates, annotations and notes remain yours.

By making an item public, you grant us permission to display it on the platform and grant other subscribers permission to view it, save it, and adapt it into their own libraries. That permission lasts as long as the item is public.

You keep the right to make an item private, edit it, or delete it at any time.

Copying a public class plan into your own library and changing it is what the community library is for. It is expected behaviour, not a misuse of the platform.

What is not acceptable is taking someone's work off this platform and republishing it elsewhere as your own, or selling it. Attribution is displayed on public content precisely so that credit stays attached to it.

• Upload content you do not have the right to publish.
• Publish content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory or unlawful.
• Present yourself as a teacher, qualification or person you are not.
• Attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
• Scrape, bulk-download or resell the platform's content.
• Use the platform to advertise unrelated products or services.

The Community Guidelines describe in more detail what is acceptable in shared content, and how to report something that is not.

Subscribers can report public content. Reported items are reviewed and may be removed. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaches these terms, and we will explain why when we do.

We work to keep the service available and to keep your content safe, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or remove features as the platform develops.

The music library links to third-party streaming services. Those links are references only — we do not host, stream or control that content, and their availability is not something we can guarantee.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We may end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms.

The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data and your public content when an account is deleted.

Everything published on this platform is teaching reference material and not medical advice. The Health & Injury Disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of this agreement — please read it.

If we change these terms in a way that affects you meaningfully, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the revised terms.
