Subscription & Refund Terms

Yin Sequencing Studio is a subscription service costing $5/month, billed in USD. New accounts begin with a 7-day free trial.

• Your first 7 days are free.
• On day 8, and every month after that, your card is charged $5/month.
• This continues until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings on the web.
• We email you before the first charge so it is never a surprise.

We ask for a payment method when you sign up, but we do not charge it during the trial. If you cancel before day 8, you are not charged at all.

We send you an email before your trial ends, so the first charge is never the first you hear of it.

Cancel from your account settings in the web app. It takes the same few clicks that signing up did — there is no phone call, no email to support, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your subscription ends and you are not charged again.

Subscriptions are managed on the web only. The iOS and Android apps do not sell subscriptions and cannot change your billing. If you install the app before subscribing, you will need to visit the website to start your subscription.

Because every account starts with a 7-day free trial, you can decide whether the platform is worth paying for before any money changes hands.

If you are charged for a period you did not intend to use — you meant to cancel and did not, or you were charged after cancelling — contact us and we will refund that period. We would rather refund you than keep money you did not mean to spend.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

If the subscription price changes, we will tell you by email before it affects you, with enough notice to cancel if you would rather not continue. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails, we will retry and let you know so you can update your details. If payment cannot be taken, your subscription is suspended rather than silently continuing to accrue charges.
